Dispatch / Processing

Dispatch refers to the time it takes your item to be processed and leave the warehouse.  Depending on how busy the warehouse is, processing times may vary.  This typically takes 1-2 business days, but maybe longer during busy times such as Christmas or promotional specials.

Delivery Costs

Orders over $79 are eligible for free shipping in Metro Areas in Australia.  A flat fee of $12.95 will be added to orders under $79.  Additional shipping charges may apply to rural or remote areas.

Delivery Times and Tracking

When an item is shipped you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details. From there you will receive a more accurate delivery estimate from the shipping company. Orders will be delivered between 9am and 5pm, from Monday to Friday.

Please note our items are shipped out from multiple warehouses, orders with multiple items may be shipped separately and not arrive at the same time.

Free Shipping and Shipping Promotions

Items with free shipping, flat rate, capped price or other types of shipping price promotions may be offered at specified times and on specified products. Where a shipping promotion is offered, it will only be available on selected products for Standard Shipping only and to selected locations.
Final shipping costs will be shown at the checkout page upon entering your delivery address.

Excluded Postcodes

We try out best to provide shipping within all of Australia but there are some postcodes where shipping and/or Free Shipping promotions are not available. 

Undeliverable Packages

Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When an undeliverable package is returned us, we will contact you via email or phone.

Why are packages occasionally undeliverable?
  • Incorrect Address. Packages are normally only undeliverable when the address is incorrect – please check your address carefully when placing your order. Should this occur, a redelivery fee will apply.
  • Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt. If you are not at home when your package arrives, depending on product size and/or product value, some parcels will be delivered and left in a safe place on your premises.

    Others may be directed to your local post office for collection if no one is able to sign for the package. Failure to collect may result in the item being returned to us, which can incur re-delivery and re-stocking fees.

    If your package was being delivered by Courier (Toll, Fastway, etc) arrangements will be made in advance to ensure that your package can be delivered at a time convenient to you. Should you not be at home at the agreed time, a redelivery fee may apply.

    If you will not be available to sign for a delivery and would like the driver to leave it in a safe place, please indicate in the order notes during checkout with 'Authority To Leave' with the instructions for the driver. It is important to note, a 'Authority To Leave' will waive any delivery protection.

    For orders of high value, Authority to Leave will not be an available option and will require a signature upon receipt.

  • Rejected by Reciever. If your item is a gift, please ensure the receiver knows about it to avoid parcel rejection. A re-delivery cost will occur if the parcel has to be resent.
Pickup

Pick up or arranging your own courier is not available at our warehouse to ensure the distribution centres can dispatch all goods efficiently at all times.
